Dawn Candy

Dawn Candy is a visual artist living and working in Red Deer, Alberta. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Lethbridge where she studied analytic philosophy and religious studies. She then went on to achieve her diploma in Visual Art from Red Deer College. Currently she teaches several community art classes in addition to making and selling her own pottery. Phyllis Obst

Phyllis Obst is a multidisciplinary artist living in Lacombe Alberta. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta.  After retirement from engineering, she achieved a Certificate of Fine Arts from the University of Alberta Continuing Educations as well as a Diploma in Visual Arts from Red Deer Polytech. She has taught classes for Lacombe Art Guild, County of Lacombe Lifelong Learning (CLLLA), and has done some temporary technician work with the Red Deer Pottery Club.

Currently she has been focusing her work on abstract organic like sculptural designs in ceramics and found objects. Her work can be viewed at instagram
